As you know, Jared broke his arm last Saturday. He was suppose to play quarterback in a game in the dome on Friday, but instead, he thought he would be sitting on the bench. Well, the coaches were confident enough (along with our approval) that he could play to some extent, just not quarterback. They put him in at safety and he did a great job. He even prevented a touchdown by the other team after tipping away a pass in the
end zone. It was a little nerve racking for us, but we were thrilled he was able to play and contribute even with a broken arm and they won the game against Blaine. He had a ton of fun too. (He is #60)

Saturday, Josh started playing in a fall basketball league and had two games. They won their first game in the second overtime by one. It was very exciting, but they lost their second game by one. Exciting, but not as fun for obvious reasons. They were both pretty "
hacky" games, but it was a good start.
Then on Sunday, Jamie started in the same league playing two games and winning them both. (I had the camera, but forgot to take any
pictures of her - I am a horrible mom!)
So, that was our weekend. The first of many filled with basketball! Have a great week everyone!
