It has been a busy week and a half as I am sure all of you can relate. Jared was the only one that played in a tournament this past weekend and they came away with another first place. All three games were very close and exciting. Then my sister and her clan and my parents came for a visit on Monday and Tuesday. They came
because we had a birthday party for my nephew, David, who will be 12 on Friday! The way it went down was all for a reason. For Christmas, my kids got their "big" present a week early. Josh and Jamie got new cell phones and Jared got tickets to the Monday Night Football game with the Vikings vs. the Bears. That was David's birthday present as well and so
Jon, Jared, David and Rob hopped in the car and drove to the Dome. If any of you watched it on TV, you know the Vikes held out and got the win. The boys said they had a ball and I think the dads even enjoyed themselves too. It was fun to listen to Jared all week get so excited about being able to watch Monday Night Football on TV with his cousin David while all of us knew he would be closer to the action than he realized. He was very surprised and barely slept at all the night before. We have received Christmas letters, cards and pictures from many of you and from the High family to yours, we wish you a very Merry Christmas.
