Up North!

We all went up to my parent's house for a long weekend and had a blast. My brother, Don and his family went up as well and at the last minute, my sister, Jill and her family came up on Saturday. Dad needed some help putting in a new dock down at the lake, so for part of Friday and a lot of Saturday that is what the guys were busy doing. The new dock is in and there are no weeds around it (not that you will catch me walking in the lake anytime soon, but it looks great!).

Time was also spent tubing which the kids and Jon love to do while there. We also conducted our family fantasy football draft. Don turned over his commissioner duties to Josh who was more than happy to take over. He loves the power of being able to approve or disapprove any transaction that is done. Hopefully it won't go to his head! The teams are picked so let the trash talking begin!

We had a great time while there as always and it was a nice break before school begins in a few weeks. Hope you all have a great rest of the summer. Thanks for checking in.
