Basketball, Basketball and more Basketball!

This past weekend we sat through many, many basketball games.

Josh was in a tournament on Saturday and played three games. His team ended up winning the consolation game or as Josh puts it - "We are the winner's of the loser's". It was a good tournament and they had fun at it. They ended up winning their last game on a buzzer beater shot! Very exciting!!

Jamie played in a tournament on Sunday and played four games. Her team won THE WHOLE THING! Jon said it was a great tournament and the girls played terrific all the way through!

Jared had his first game on Saturday and won. His season really doesn't start until after the first of the year, but they got a game together and his team came out strong and won easily.

Jon also had a game against Northwestern on Saturday night that we all got to go to. His team ended up not winning, but it is always a fun atmosphere there and it was a well fought game with the other team coming out on top, unfortunately.

As you can see this is what we do in these few months! It is a good thing I like the game of basketball, otherwise I would be pulling my hair out!
